We got hit with a foot of snow and sleet and had the opportunity to drive these tires during the winter storm. For an all season tire these things did great especially when mounted on a 300HP RWD sedan. While hordes of cars were getting stuck going up a snowy/icey mix covered hill these tires propelled me up, with some slippage, but I didn't spend the night on the side of the road. I'm confident that if we had just received snow without the ice/sleet the tires would have performed flawlessly. Again, these aren't dedicated snow tires, but considering what they are and the low price they are 5 start tires.
Now let's see how the tread wear goes.
